Ionas

In July, we once again focused on improving the user experience and workflows within Lyra WMS. In addition to various performance improvements, we fixed several bugs, focusing on stability and usability. As always, we continue to develop based on your valuable feedback.

 

🔧 Improvements

 

📦 Picklists & Batches

  • You can now in the pop-up screen of single item batches change the shipping method.
  • Filter option to show batches that have not yet been fully processed.
  • Sorting of products on packing slips is now done by location (if “Show locations” is enabled in the template).

 

📝 Notes

  • Notes can now be deleted by the user who created them.
  • Notes on orders are now automatically added to the associated picking lists.
  • Notes on pick lists can now be marked as important, making them stand out.

 

🧰 Product Management & Inventory

  • Added an extra field to the product import to directly include the 'replenish from' location.
  • When importing product tags, existing tags are filtered out. 
  • The product search bar now provides more intuitive results.
  • The ability to import product images via spreadsheet has been added.
  • Added permissions to release inventory reservations on product locations.
  • New “Sort by” option added to Recount: sort by location.

 

⚙️ Other

  • The fulfillment customer selection dropdown in filters is now more user-friendly.
  • With the Shopify integration, you can now filter by specific sales channels within Spotify when importing orders.
  • Boxes added based on conditions will be prioritized over “calculated” boxes. 

 

🐛 Bug fixes

  • Deleting an order will now automatically delete any associated pick lists correctly (if selected).
  • Product promotions within returns are now only available once the return has been approved.
  • Manually creating return labels, such as for drop-off points, now works like with other orders.
  • The fulfillment customer's shipping address is now correctly applied when creating manual labels.
  • Batch PDFs will again show multiple locations per SKU when needed.
  • Mail templates without conditions are now correctly applied to all sent pick lists.
  • Filters in the ticket system work accurately and intuitively again.
  • Containers now automatically detach after a pick list is sent or completed.
  • Users will again receive stock alerts as set in their preferences.
