Yes! If an order is reported as a return in Bol., we can retrieve this from the link.

How can I process returns in the warehouse?

You can set your own step-by-step plan to determine what should happen with a return. This way you don't have to remember anything and you can simply follow the instructions on the screen.

Can any product be returned?

You can determine in advance reasons why products may be returned. 

You can also set that you first want to receive a photo of the product before the return can be created by the consumer.
