FAQ

Does the fulfillment customer also receive a notification that his entry order has been processed?

Yes! You can set up that the fulfillment customer is kept informed by email about his or her inbound order.

What happens if an expected entry order is not complete?

The products that have arrived can be booked into the system for immediate processing. You can then choose to create a new inbound order for the remaining part, which can be processed at a later time.

Can I add additional services to an entry order afterwards?

Yes! If it was not indicated when creating the entry order that products, for example, need to be re-labeled, you can still add this while processing the entry order.
