Am I tied to a subscription?
At LyraWMS you are not tied to a package. You can switch monthly to use the package that best suits your number of orders. It is also possible to cancel monthly.
Can I add unlimited users?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of users you can add to your environment.
Will I be supported during the installation process?
Absolutely! You will be assigned an account manager who will guide you through the entire installation process, from start to finish. A logistics expert will also visit you on site to help you think about logistical bottlenecks and to train your team.
Can LyraWMS be used on any device?
Yes! Any device with an internet connection and a browser can run LyraWMS.
Is there a difference in the functions of the packages?
No! With the smallest package you get access to all functionalities just like with the largest package. Of course there are differences in the webshop package and the fulfillment package in terms of functions.
How can I ask questions?
We believe in short lines of communication, so you can reach us by phone, email and via the chat function in LyraWMS for questions.
Is LyraWMS only for fulfillment?
No! LyraWMS is the solution for every warehouse that is active in E-Commerce. This applies to fulfillment warehouses, but of course also to webshops that do their own shipments.
Can I connect all sales channels to LyraWMS?
We have a wide range of connections to sales platforms that we support directly. Connections that we do not support directly can still be used through integrators that we work with.
