Does LyraWMS send the invoices to the fulfillment customer?
LyraWMS does not send invoices directly to the customer. We create invoices for your accounting program. You only have to accept them and they will be sent.
Can I also manually change the invoices in LyraWMS?
Yes! LyraWMS keeps track of all set actions and places them on the invoice, but you still have the possibility to add or change points yourself.
Can the fulfillment customers view the invoices?
Yes! If the fulfillment customers have been granted the rights, they can view the interim invoices themselves.
Can I add new specification rules myself that LyraWMS keeps track of?
LyraWMS offers about 20 specifications to be automatically maintained by the system. You can program additions yourself via the API.
