This month, we're bringing you a mix of powerful new features, smart improvements, and handy fixes that will make working with Lyra much smoother every day. 🔗 New Integrations
Returnless coupling: Process returns even easier and more clearly thanks to the direct integration with Returnless. Read more here how to easily set up the clutch.
✨ New Features
- 2FA authorization: Get extra security for your account with two-step verification. This way, you keep your warehouse and customer data even better protected.
- Tax rate groups: New options to group VAT and tax rates for more flexible invoicing and reporting.
- Timer for activities (hourly invoice): Easily register time worked per task or order and invoice automatically.
- Adjust rates by percentage or fixed amount: Quickly and efficiently adjust shipping rates without manually calculating everything.
🔧 Improvements
- Invoicing module redesign: The invoicing module has been completely redesigned: easier to set up, more flexible to use and ready for growth.
- Reporting tool updated: A fresh interface and improved performance make analyzing data faster and clearer.
- Require employees to select VVB labels: More control and fewer errors when selecting shipping methods.
- Shipping method condition 'manual orders': You can now also use manually created orders as a condition when selecting shipping methods.
🐞 Bugfixes
- Product descriptions via sheets are now imported correctly again.
- Tags can now be used correctly by fulfillment users in all comment sections.
- The count of “Orders processed by employee” now looks at the correct value (shipped.by).
- The dropdown menu now shows all users, not just the first 25.
- Product sizes are again displayed correctly in the product overviews.
- Deactivated users are visible again from the fulfillment client profile.
- Empty entry orders can no longer be accidentally saved.
- Links in tickets that require authorization are working as intended again.
- Backorders are now also handled correctly when stock comes from multiple bulk locations.
- Resetting returns now also works when a return order has already been completed.
