New features
Insights dashboard
Nowadays, every company data used to determine the direction of the company. To contribute to this, we have released a new feature at LyraWMS that allows you to create personalized dashboards. In this, you can select the data that should be displayed and you can also determine in which format it is displayed.
In combination with placing targets, the KPI dashboards can be set up to analyze all the company's performance. You can recognize certain trends at a glance and you can also easily find processes where there is room for improvement.
Within the feature you can build unlimited dashboards, allowing you to visualize all of your company's processes and determine the course your company should take.

Fake Stock
In the world of e-commerce, competition is fierce. To stay one step ahead, LyraWMS introduces a new feature especially for Bol. sellers: fake stock.
Fake Stock keeps your inventory at a certain amount, regardless of the actual stock. This prevents other sellers or third parties from analyzing your sales volumes and copying your strategies.
You can easily turn Fake Stock on or off in the settings of your sales channel in LyraWMS. With a few clicks you ensure that your competition on Bol. no longer has insight into your performance.
Address validation
When the consumer gives an incorrect address when ordering, this can be a costly mistake for the warehouse. If the wrong address is on the label, the package will be returned to the warehouse to be sent to the correct address again. These double costs will continue to pile up and then it will become a large unnecessary expense.
Some carriers therefore give an error message if the address details are incorrect when you want to create a label. This is not yet the case with other carriers. To prevent unnecessary costs, LyraWMS now has an error message for Dutch addresses. address validation built-in.
You can see at a glance whether the specified address has been approved or not. If the address has been specified incorrectly, you will see this immediately and it can easily be adjusted. This way you prevent double costs for the warehouse and the extra waiting time for the customer.
Additional updates
- In the settings of the invoices you can give the specifications a personal title. This personalized title will then also be displayed on the invoice.
- Processing a B2B order has been added as a specification to the price rules for the invoicing module.
- An SFTP integration has been built to easily export files such as invoices to other ERP systems.
- It is now possible to request return labels via the QLS link. In addition, a return label can be automatically created for each shipment to provide a return label with each shipment.
- QLS label error messages are now displayed as a pop-up in the screen.
- Pickup orders can now also be imported from the Shopify integration.
- A log file has been made available to view when a Track&Trace email has been sent from LyraWMS to the consumer.
- Parcel.nl has built an integration with LyraWMS.
