📝 Changelog August 2025

Intro

Lyra WMS is growing every month thanks to the feedback we receive from all our users. In August, we implemented a mix of improvements and bug fixes that make daily use of the system much easier. From smarter batch filters to additional features on the picklist page. Here's an overview of all the changes that have taken place.

🔧 Improvements

Picklists & Batches

• Automatic urgency: It is now possible to automatically mark pick lists/orders as urgent.
• Urgent orders priority: Urgent orders are given priority and are immediately included when creating batches.
• New filter 'Exclude countries': You can exclude countries from batch presets. Useful for international shipments.
• Additional filter on picklist overview: A new filter has been added that allows you to easily sort pick lists by country.

Orders & Returns

• Print return forms: You can now print return forms directly from the picklist page.
• Print shipment label: The option to print shipping labels directly in the order view is back.
• Filter Shopify orders: A new option has been added to Shopify settings to filter orders based on an app connected in Shopify.

Product Management & Inventory

• Product log improved: You can now see which user has modified a product and which fields have been changed.
• Prevent virtual compositions: Virtual compositions can no longer be incorrectly added during imports.

Tickets & Support

• Mark tickets: You can now manually mark tickets as “read” or “unread”.
• Tickets visibility: Snoozed tickets are properly re-visible once a user responds.

Other

• Address fields improved: Non-breaking spaces are automatically removed from address line 1.
• Sorter visible: When a sorter is active, this is now displayed more clearly.
• Fulfillment client page expanded: The Orders tab is back in the new view of the fulfillment client page.

🐞 Bugfixes

• Non-superusers can now cancel entry orders.
• A fulfillment client's address can now be made optional when setting up a fulfillment customer.
• The correct insurance option is now displayed correctly when DPD is selected in MyParcel.
• Duplicate SKUs in entry orders will be merged into one product location.
• New phone numbers in imported orders are now saved correctly, even if the email address is already known.
• The picklist dropdown no longer contains duplicate options.
• Long product barcodes (type 39) now also work correctly.
• Long batches (more than 26 pick lists) now sort alphabetically as intended (A, B, C).
• The button to add a new dynamic location is working properly again.
• Text fields in conditions now stay focused correctly while typing.
• Backorders are now correctly recognized as fulfillable, even when inventory is spread across multiple locations.
