In April, we once again focused on improving the user experience and workflows within Lyra WMS. In addition to various performance improvements, we fixed several bugs, focusing on stability and usability. As always, we continue to develop based on your valuable feedback.
Improvements
Expansion and improvement of the rights system
- Rights added for performing bulk shipments at Batches
- Added rights for creating recounts
- Unnecessary rights have been removed from the overview
Scan feedback
Previously, there was only the option to play sounds when products were scanned incorrectly. Now, there's also the option to add a sound for a positive scan of a product in a pick list, entry order, return, etc.
Picklist log extension
The picking list logs have been expanded, making it easy to view the actions performed and trace them back to the executor.
Search function settings
A search bar has now been added to the settings page.
Email platform expansion
- Added option to include or exclude packing slips from confirmation emails for processed orders
- For Fulfillment Customers, the option to edit email templates is more clearly displayed in the settings
- General improvement of existing features within the email builder
Concrete error messages
If data is missing when creating a Fulfillment Customer, this will be displayed more clearly in the error message.
On/off switch shipping methods
In the shipping methods overview, a switch has been placed that allows you to quickly turn specific shipping methods on or off.
Bug Fixes
- Shipments from deleted carriers can be reopened without error messages.
- Exporting pick lists from reports works faster with larger data sets.
- Multicollo PostNL labels from Sendcloud can be created again.
- “Courier Type” is now saved correctly in Batch Presets again.
- Deleted products are immediately removed from the entry order overview.
- With custom packing slips, the company address is displayed correctly again.
- Order notes are correctly included in a new pick list after the original pick list has been deleted.
