This month the focus was on providing quality support due to the well-known busyness. From January 2025 more improvements and new features will be released.
Improvements
Composing batches based on locations

When a batch was composed based on locations, the system took (too) long. For that reason, the way of working has been improved and the composition works a lot faster.
Parcel4You integration
- The new Parcel4You integration has been improved based on feedback provided.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where some tickets returned a “500: server error” when opened.
- When using a specific combination of filters, orders will no longer be displayed twice.
- Phone numbers are displayed correctly on DPD labels again.
- The errors that sporadically appeared in the returns portal have been addressed and no longer appear randomly.
- Changing product locations (that are not pick locations) on a pick list is working properly again.
