We've been busy in October as well. Lyra WMS grows every month thanks to your input. This month, we're bringing you a mix of powerful new features, smart improvements, and handy fixes that will make working with Lyra much smoother every day. From improvements to existing integrations to new reporting enhancements, discover how Lyra WMS has gotten even better in the past month in this article.

🚀 Improvements

🔗 Integrations & Automation

• Webhooks for WooCommerce & Shopify
  New webhook support ensures faster synchronization between your webshop and Lyra, so changes are implemented immediately.
  

• Amazon Integration Extensions
  Amazon integrations (via e-tailize add on) are now also available for Spain, Italy, Poland and Sweden, so that your international growth becomes even easier.
  

• Moneybird connection suitable for the new invoicing module
  The connection has been made fully compatible with the updated billing environment.
  

• SFTP now applicable for the new invoicing module
  Export or import invoice data securely and automatically via SFTP.

📦 Product Management & Suppliers

• Import suppliers via product import
  It's now possible to include supplier data when importing products. This is useful for major updates or new inventory lists.

• Further extensions of the supplier overview
  New filters and columns make it easier to manage supplier information and gain quick insight.

• Inactive products are no longer included as standard in exports
  Only active products are now exported by default, making lists more organized.

• Added option to include or exclude inactive products
  You now determine whether inactive products are included in exports or reports.

📊 Reports & Analysis

• New carrier report added
  New report with insights by carrier and shipping method to better analyze shipping performance.

• Improved terminology within reports
  Reports now use clearer terms that better reflect fulfillment processes.

🏢 Fulfillment management

• New page with overview of inactive fulfillment customers
  Inactive customers are now clearly grouped in a separate list.

  • Reactivating fulfillment customers:
    From the new overview you can reactivate customers with one click.

• Reprint Label button linked to user rights
  Only users with the appropriate rights can reprint labels, for greater control and security.

🧩 Bugs & Fixes

We've made a series of refinements to improve stability and accuracy:

• The total product value is again correctly included in the shipping method automation.

• Switching between presets is smooth again.

• Address validation for bulk shipping is now working as intended again.

• Improvements made for specific user roles in the app.

• Inventory report performance has been optimized.

• Invoices can be recreated using data from previously deleted invoices.

• Time stamps on reports now show the correct creation date again.

• DPD Track & Trace cancellations on Kaufland are working correctly again.

• Deleted users are no longer visible in the fulfillment customer overview.

• The correct header is shown again on exports.
